Most siding failures we get called about started with a pressure washer. Forcing 3,000 PSI at a lap joint drives water behind the board, and six months later the sheathing is soft. We do not do that.
House washing at HydroPeak is a chemistry job, not a horsepower job. We apply a buffered sodium-hypochlorite blend at under 500 PSI, give it dwell time to kill the algae colony at the root, then rinse from the top down with filtered water.
The result outlasts a pressure clean by roughly three to one, because we killed the organizm instead of knocking the top layer off it.

“What PSI will you be running on this surface, and why that number?” If the answer is a shrug or “as high as it needs”, keep calling.
