Cedar and pressure-treated pine are soft. A rotary nozzle will furrow them in one second, and the fuzz never fully sands out.
We clean with a wide fan tip in the 800 to 1,200 PSI band, moving with the grain, then neutralize with an oxalic brightener that pulls the wood back toward its original pH so stain absorbs evenly.
If you are refinishing, we hand the deck off at the right moisture content and tell you exactly when to start.
