HydroPeak

Family owned since 2011

No franchise, no call center, no rotating crew of subcontractors with our decal taped to the door. The person who quotes your job is the person who does it.

The short version

In 2013 we pressure washed a cedar deck in Dilworth at about 2,800 PSI because that was what the machine was set to. It looked spectacular wet. Three days later it dried into a fuzzed, furrowed mess and we paid to have it sanded and re-stained.

That cost more than the job was worth, and it was the best money this company ever spent. It sent us to the manufacturers' published standards — ARMA for shingle, the vinyl siding institute, the deck stain technical sheets — and we rebuilt the whole process around what the material can actually take rather than what the pump can produce.

Fourteen years later that is still the entire pitch. We are not the cheapest quote you will get and we are not trying to be. We are the one that knows which surfaces to be gentle with, and can tell you why.

“The machine is the cheapest part of this business. What you are paying for is somebody who knows when to turn it down.”

How we got here

2011

One trailer, one rig

Dale buys a used 4 GPM belt-drive and starts washing driveways on weekends around a full-time job.

2014

Soft wash changes everything

A shingle manufacturer's rep explains what pressure actually does to a roof. We stop pressure washing anything porous that week.

2017

First commercial contract

Eleven retail sites, overnight schedule, reclaim mats. The first year we ran a crew that was not just family.

2020

Care, custody and control

We add the coverage most washing companies skip, and put the damage-free guarantee into the contract in writing.

2023

Photo set on every job

Before, during, after — filed against the address whether the customer is home or not. It ended disputes overnight.

2026

4,200 properties in

Four full-time technicians, two trucks, and the same policy: if we damage it, we replace it.

The whole company

Four full-time technicians. Everyone is background-checked, W-2 employed and carried on our workers' comp policy.

Non-negotiables

Measure before you pull the trigger

Every surface gets a documented working pressure. Nobody on this crew has ever guessed.

The landscape was there first

Beds saturated, tarped and rinsed. Two plant replacements in fourteen years, both paid by us without argument.

Insurance you can actually claim on

General liability is the easy one. Care, custody and control is the policy that pays when a contractor breaks your property.

Kill it, do not hide it

Algae, mildew and Gloeocapsa are organizms. Chemistry kills them. Pressure just relocates them for a month.
